Target Market Strategy

Quseso-Dilla’s target customer is the individual who enjoys cheesy comfort food. For this individual Queso-Dilla is dedicate to pulling all the stops. "To design a winning marketing strategy, the marketing manager must answer two important questions: What customers will we serve? and How can we serve these customer best (Marketing: An Introduction, Armstrong & Kotler, 9)?" We know what customer wants and needs, but we just want to make it a better experience every time. Our customer is hungry person just wants a fast and fulfilling meal. He/she is looking for good deal with the added benefit of knowing he/she is going to be treated with great customer service. We make want our goal to be simple and straight to point; good food and good service because we want our customer to continuously come back to us, and to tell his/her family and friends about our great business. In order to reach our customer we will go to them. We know that our target customer is probably hanging out at the park, attending a soccer game, at a school function, or an awesome event. Marketing Strategy; Outlines the broad marketing logic by which the business unit hope to create customer value and relationships and the specifics of target markets, positioning, and marketing expenditure levels (Marketing: An Introduction, Armstrong & Kotler, 56)" By understanding where customer is and serving them with excellent customer service, we can build relationships with our target customer. In the process, we will learn how to better satisfy their needs and achieve them. They will tell their friends and families about us, and hopefully invite us back to their private events. We are not here to only make quesadillas, but we are here to make relationships with our customers to better serve them. We are here to serve the individual who enjoys cheesy comfort food.
