Implementation Evaluation Control

Every company has great ideas but it also needs a plan to action. If we don’t set our plan of correctly, in order, than what will makes different from everybody else. Marketing implementation is the process that turns marketing plans into marketing actions in order to accomplish strategic marketing objective (Marketing: An Introduction, Armstrong & Kotler, 57)." Queso-Dilla plan for action is: first, purchase a food truck, second reach suppliers for the finest ingredients, third hired the cheesiest staff, and last serve the best quesadilla anyone has ever had. We want to this right, so we don’t face major problems in the long run. Many managers think that "doing things right" (implementation) is as important as, or even more important than, "doing the right things" (strategy). The fact is that both are critical to success, and companies gain competitive advantages through effective implementation (Marketing: An Introduction, Armstrong & Kotler, 57)" If we want to serve safe clean food we need the right food truck. We nee a food truck that can accommodate a fridge for us to safely store our ingredients. Also, it must have room for a grill and fryer. In addition, it must have good ventilation and room for our staff to work safely. Next, we must find suppliers that we know will give us finest ingredients for are awesome customers. We don’t want to just buy any ingredients we want the best. Third, is finding the right staff, if we want to be known for great customer service than we must find people who are great at. People are friendly, fun, approachable, and who will quickly take care of our customer if our customer is unsatisfied in any way. Lastly, making delicious food, but not until we have completed the three vital things on our list in that order.

In addition, if the customer wants to add additional topping there is a small additional charge for each individual topping; jalapeños will be .25 cents; bacon will be .50 cents, chicken $1.25, and carne asada (grilled meat) will cost $1.50. I want to the prices to be consistent, so the customer won’t feel he/she is getting an unfair deal. "Price decisions must be coordinated with product design, distribution, and promotion decisions to form a consistent and effective integrated marketing program (Marketing: An Introduction, Armstrong & Kotler, 281)" In addition, customers can upgrade there fries to either cheese fries, bacon fries, bacon and cheese fries, and carne asada fries for additional charge.
